Refund policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all sales are considered final.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

• The product arrives damaged.
• An incorrect product has been delivered.
• The item has a verified manufacturing defect.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order and supported by clear photographs.

Products must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the original payment method.

NINE IX reserves the right to inspect all claims before approving any refund or replacement.
